Transitioning from the military to civilian life was an adjustment Ian wasn't expecting. Through his tenacious drive to succeed outside of the military, Ian tapped into the G.I. Bill went back to college after the Coast Guard, leading him to become the CEO of Dalhcore. While ascending towards owning his own security company Ian learned a lot of valuable lessons, both in and out of the military, to lead a strong workforce to protect his clients and the public.
